Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, security and logistics.
Supervise staff, monitor discipline and maintain organisational standards.
Coordinate with management for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Handle vendor coordination, office maintenance and compliance.

Retired Officer from Indian Navy / Army / Defence Services.
Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Strong sense of discipline, integrity and accountability.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
