Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure achievement of business targets by coordinating with all departments. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly outputs to make sure goals are completed on time. Maintain existing business strategies while introducing new ideas to improve productivity. Build and sustain the company's goodwill among employees and clients. Ensure all staff members follow the company's administrative policies. Create an active and positive work environment to utilize manpower effectively and achieve business objectives. Handle office events, client meetings, and public relations activities. Oversee the workflow of all departments and guide them toward higher performance and growth.

Skills Required:



Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and coordination ability. Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle events and client interactions confidently.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field. 5-10 years of experience in administration or office management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
