Manage and monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies
Ensure office premises, assets, and utilities are well-maintained
Maintain proper records of company assets, staff attendance, and movement registers
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain a log
Prepare and manage office documents, reports, memos, and correspondence
Support HR and finance departments in document collection, filing, and logistics coordination
Manage petty cash and expense records as per company policy
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
