Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of documents.
Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, emails, faxes), directing calls, and disseminating information to relevant parties.
Support Staff and Clients:
Providing assistance to employees, clients, and visitors, answering queries, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Supervision:
In some cases, administrative officers may supervise administrative assistants or other support staff.
