Placement Officer cum Admin
to manage student placements and handle day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Responsibilities:
Coordinate with companies for student placement opportunities
Arrange campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives
Maintain student placement records and employer databases
Guide students on interview preparation and career opportunities
Follow up with recruiters and students for placement updates
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle office administration and daily operational tasks
Maintain student, staff, and placement-related documentation
Assist in admission, attendance, and reporting activities
Manage emails, phone calls, and internal coordination
Support management with reports and data entry
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate preferred
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Previous experience in placement or administration is an added advantage
