Oversee day-to-day administrative functioning of the college (office management, scheduling, record keeping).
Maintain student records, staff files, attendance systems, and statutory documents.
Support Principal in the admissions process including application handling, enquiry management, documentation, and fee processing.
Support Principal, in addressing the student and parent queries and provide administrative support for academic and co-curricular activities.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, leave records, duty allocations, and maintaining HR documentation.
Facilitate communication between management, faculty, and support staff.
Oversee maintenance of classrooms, laboratories, library, and campus facilities.
Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and services in coordination with vendors.
Support fee collection, receipt issuance, budget monitoring, and petty cash management.
Implement safety, security, discipline, and campus policies.
Liaise with parents, local authorities, and the community for various academic and administrative matters.
Qualification & Experience
Master's degree in science / commerce
Doctorate desirable but not mandatory
Minimum 20+ years of experience
Any Prior Experience as AO or Principal shall get a preference over other candidates
Age: Below 55 Years
Shall be reporting to CTO & Management Representative
