Job Summary:

He will be responsible for Contract Labour Management, Billing, Housekeeping & Plant Administration. Having an experience of 5 to 7 years with good communication skills.

1. To be responsible for complete Contract Labour Management system and ensure it is implemented in all unit. He must ensure complete operation, operation and compliance of Contractual Biometric Attendance system.

2. To check records of contract workers pertaining to their attendance and timings for Unit II

3. To ensure that the Labour contractor supplies adequate manpower to various departments.

4. To undertake manpower analysis and ascertain justification if additional manpower is required by different departments.

5. To ensure all employees and Contract work force maintain personal hygiene as per the Personal Hygiene Standard operating procedures (SOP) of company & to keep defiant employees away from work.

6. To coordinate with Security Head to ensure that there are enough security personnel on duty & check whether the records (gate pass & visitors pass) are updated regularly.

7. To coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor for Daily Roda boxes inspection and Maintain records as per SOP.

8. To coordinate with House Keeping Supervisor and instruct him the tasks to be taken on Priority and to submit progress report and check on updating of house keeping records.

9. To take round of the plant premises on a regular basis and ensure that the area is clean and take corrective action wherever required.

10. To ensure service contract with Pest Management & Control service provider, to assess effectiveness of pest and rodent control service in all areas and to coordinate with respective department for proper placement and arrangement of rodent boxes.

11. To ensure timely and proper management of general waste.

12. To ensure all employees undergo Pre-employment and Periodical/Annual medical Checkup as per SOP schedule / plan.

13. His/her will be responsible to perform the role of supporting agency team as described in on-site emergency plan, he must be resourceful if any incident, accident occurs inside the company premises.

14. Responsible to ensure the safety at workplace.

He has to make all necessary arrangements for various audits (regulatory and customer), annual functions, celebration of environment week/science week annual sports and employee engagement activities including distribution of gifts on birthdays, work anniversaries, retirement of employees, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
