Oversee and manage school transport operations including vehicles and drivers
Supervise supporting staff (housekeeping, security, etc.)
Coordinate and manage school events and activities
Ensure smooth office operations and administrative support
Maintain records and documentation efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong communication skills in
English (written and spoken)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Event management experience is a plus

Computer proficiency and documentation
