Role Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Administrative Officer cum Marketing Manager

to oversee school administration functions while leading marketing and admissions-related activities. The candidate must have

prior experience working in a school marketing team

, with strong capabilities in student admissions promotion, branding, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day school administrative operations Coordinate with academic, transport, housekeeping, and support staff Maintain administrative records, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation Support school management in policy implementation and operational planning Ensure smooth functioning of front office and parent interactions Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and official communication

Marketing & Admissions Responsibilities



Plan and execute

school marketing strategies

to increase admissions Handle admission enquiries, campus visits, and parent counseling Coordinate admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional events Manage school branding activities across offline and digital platforms Liaise with designers, advertisers, and digital marketing teams Track and analyze admission data, leads, and conversion reports Build relationships with preschools, communities, and local networks Support social media, website content, and promotional material creation

Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of

school admissions and parent engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask administrative and marketing responsibilities Leadership and team coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing platf
orms

Strong planning, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

Experience Requirements



Minimum 3-6 years of experience

Mandatory experience in a school marketing or admissions team

Proven track record in

student enrollment growth and brand promotion

Experience in handling school administrative operations preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
