Job Description

Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Administrative Officer to oversee and manage all administrative functions at our Dhori Site. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all responsibilities independently with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination between site and head office.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all site-level administrative operations, including office management, staff coordination, logistics, and general support services. Handle attendance, leave management, and maintain employee records for site staff. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for materials, accommodation, and transportation arrangements. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and local regulations. Manage petty cash, expense records, and assist in preparing monthly administrative expense statements. Facilitate smooth communication between the site and head office for HR, finance, and operational matters. Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities at the site. Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing of administrative reports. Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare initiatives at the site. Ensure discipline, safety, and proper conduct of staff and labor within the site premises. Take proactive decisions and resolve day-to-day issues without requiring constant supervision.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (Preferably B.A./B.Com/BBA). 4-6 years of experience in site administration or project office management (preferably in construction, mining, or engineering industry). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email correspondence). Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes. Willingness to stay and operate at project site as required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
