Facilitate communication between counseling staff and department heads.
Meeting Management:
Organize, schedule, and lead meetings with stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, manage logistics, document and follow up on action items.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate with colleges, mines, and industry partners.
Develop and manage a training calendar, evaluate training outcomes.
Institutional Partnerships:
Build relationships with colleges, mines, and training centers for collaborative programs.
Represent the organization at networking events, maintain regular communication with partners.
Administrative Support:
Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensure efficient operations.
Manage budgets for training, partnerships, and administrative activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Good experience in administration or managerial roles, ideally in counseling, training, or education.
Skills and Competencies:
Leadership, multitasking, communication, relationship-building.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
