Administrative Manager
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage quotations, price bids, and tender documentation (especially for government departments and institutions).
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, coordination, and correspondence.
Work with MS Word, Excel, and other office tools for report compilation, order management, and data handling.
Manage office operations, support internal teams, and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and government bodies for various administrative requirements.
Maintain records, track orders, and support sales/admin departments with required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government tender norms.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in administrative or office management roles.
Strong understanding of
quotation preparation, tendering processes, and government dealings
.
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, and general office management tools
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Experience in biotech, scientific equipment, or similar industry (preferred but not mandatory).
