Must have experience as an Administrative Manager in the Solar or Similr Industry

Position Overview:

As the Administrative Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing

and managing a range of administrative functions to create a conducive and efficient work

environment for our employees. You will be responsible for handling diverse tasks, including

but not limited to canteen management, housekeeping management, guest management,

ticket bookings, hotel booking, flight booking, and traveling management related to the sales

team. Additionally, you will manage the company vehicle log book, bus management, and

contracts related to the aforementioned facilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Assistant:

\xef\x83\xbc Provide clerical and administrative support to the Administrative Manager.

\xef\x83\xbc Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling routine tasks.

2. Facilities Coordinator:

\xef\x83\xbc Oversee the day-to-day operations of office facilities.

\xef\x83\xbc Manage maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the physical workspace.

3. Canteen Management:

\xef\x83\xbc Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the company\'s canteen facilities.

\xef\x83\xbc Coordinate with vendors to provide quality and hygienic food services.

\xef\x83\xbc Manage budgets and expenses related to the canteen.

4. Housekeeping Management:

\xef\x83\xbc Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized workplace.

\xef\x83\xbc Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

\xef\x83\xbc Manage supplies and equipment for housekeeping.

5. Guest Management:

\xef\x83\xbc Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors.

\xef\x83\xbc Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure a welcoming environment.

6. Travel Management:

\xef\x83\xbc Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the sales team.

\xef\x83\xbc Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation for business

trips.

7. Company Vehicle Log Book:

\xef\x83\xbc Maintain and update the log book for company vehicles.

\xef\x83\xbc Coordinate with drivers to ensure proper vehicle maintenance.

8. Bus Management:

\xef\x83\xbc Oversee the scheduling and management of company buses for employee transportation.

\xef\x83\xbc Coordinate routes and timings to optimize efficiency.

9. Contract Management:

\xef\x83\xbc Manage contracts with vendors related to canteen services, housekeeping, and transportation.

\xef\x83\xbc Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable agreements for the

company.

10. Transportation Coordinator:

\xef\x83\xbc Coordinate company vehicle usage, including scheduling and maintenance.

\xef\x83\xbc Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage transportation-related logistics.

11. Budget Analyst:

\xef\x83\xbc Assist in budget planning and management for administrative functions.

\xef\x83\xbc Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and provide financial reports.

Qualifications:

\xef\x83\xbc Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

\xef\x83\xbc Proven experience in administrative management roles.

\xef\x83\xbc Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

\xef\x83\xbc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xef\x83\xbc Ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.

\xef\x83\xbc Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
