Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages
Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office cleanliness
Manage appointments, meeting rooms, and couriers
Support admin tasks like data entry, filing, and inventory tracking
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
