The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day university administrative and support functions, including effective coordination with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage administrative activities related to the university campus
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for advertising materials, marketing initiatives, and branding activities
Handle all university-related courier and dispatch work, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper documentation
Assist with travel arrangements for university officials, as and when required
Provide on-campus administrative support and be available to reside on campus, if necessary
Required Skills & Eligibility:
Basic understanding of administrative functions and office coordination
Knowledge of marketing and branding support activities
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate
