We are seeking a highly organized ,Active and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Support HR and finance teams in documentation and administrative processes.
Monitor office cleanliness and ensure a professional office environment.
Oversee courier and mail handling, both incoming and outgoing.
Assist in onboarding new employees (ID cards, workspace setup, etc.).
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data entry as required.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor /Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an administrative or office executive (2+ years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office management tools or ERP systems.
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer service mindset.
Compensation:
Salary: 20000-30000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
