Handle daily administrative and office management activities
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory
Handle vendor coordination (courier, housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.)
Assist in travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and scheduling
Prepare reports, letters, emails, and MIS as required
Support HR/admin functions such as attendance, leave records, onboarding assistance
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
