The Healer Foundation is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Executive to support our operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in outbound calls. The role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to further our mission of empowering low-income women with self-improving business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report generation, and tracking key organizational metrics.
Make outbound calls to beneficiaries, partners, and donors for updates, follow-ups, and engagement.
Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information.
Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Provide support in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Handle inquiries and provide assistance to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, etc.).
Experience in handling outbound calls and customer engagement.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in an NGO or social sector is a plus.
