The Administrative Executive plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital. This role ensures efficient office operations, coordination between departments, and adherence to hospital policies, ultimately contributing to smooth healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations of the hospital.
Maintain and update hospital records, documentation, and files (both physical and digital).
Handle internal and external communication (emails, phone calls, correspondence).
Liaise with departments such as HR, Finance, Medical, and Support Services for seamless functioning.
Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings for senior management.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in coordinating meetings, staff scheduling, and training programs.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance).
Address queries and concerns from patients, visitors, and staff professionally.
Provide support during hospital audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare/hospital setting.
Familiarity with hospital management systems (HMS) is an advantage.
