Communication & Correspondence: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, manage mail, and act as a liaison for internal and external communication. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for executives, and coordinate travel plans and itineraries. Document & Record Management: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and ensure accurate record-keeping for various documents, like employee files and financial records.
