Key Responsibilities:
Renew licenses & lease agreements
Coordinate with govt. authorities & manage contract labour
Conduct studio visits for facility checks & asset tracking
Handle vendor development, quotations & logistics
Support events, transport, range visits, and stock movement
Generate E-way bills & maintain admin documentation
Manage stationery, joining kits, and employee handovers
Prepare admin reports & supervise housekeeping
Requirements:
Graduate with 3-4 years of admin experience
Strong coordination, communication & MS Office skills
Willing to travel locally & handle cross-functional tasks
