About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Administrative Executive

to manage day-to-day office operations, ensure smooth workflow, and provide administrative support to the management and team. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily office administration and operations. Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (both digital & physical). Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance. Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of management. Support HR and accounts departments with basic administrative tasks. Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Professional attitude with problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,072.65 - ₹22,971.18 per month

Work Location: In person
