About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Administrative Executive
to manage daily operations and coordinate effectively with our internal teams, including Finance and City Campus In-Charges across MedPG locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
Coordinate and communicate with different MedPG campuses and departments.
Prepare, manage, and organize reports, Excel sheets, Word documents, and other official files.
Support finance coordination and assist with follow-ups and documentation.
Maintain discipline in workflow, ensure timely execution of assigned duties.
Represent the team professionally in all communications.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(written and spoken).
Ability to work
independently
and coordinate with multiple teams.
Minimum
1 year commitment
required.
Preferably
female candidate
with background in
Administration or Hospitality Management
.
Prior experience in administration or operations preferred.
