We are urgently hiring an Admin and HR Executive with strong administrative experience. The primary focus will be on daily office administration and operational activities, along with supporting HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Daily office operations and administration
Managing front desk, visitors, calls, and emails
Vendor coordination, office maintenance and housekeeping management
Office supplies and inventory handling
Courier dispatch and record management
Providing operational support to management
HR Responsibilities
Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Maintaining attendance, leave, and employee records
Support in onboarding and documentation
Assistance in HR policy and compliance activities
Required Skills:
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal ability
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Professional and positive attitude
Qualification & Experience:
Any graduate preferred
2 to 3 years of experience in Admin or Admin + HR roles
Medical/Corporate office experience will be an added advantage
