Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet.
Experience in creating invoices using Xero.
Ability to comprehend and allocate relevant emails to respective cases, with a good understanding of drafting and responding to emails.
Responsibilities:
Process emails (understand client inquiries and draft responses or delegate emails to appropriate team members).
Data processing and sending reminders to clients.
Updating client database on CRM and assigning tasks to team members.
Preparation of invoices using Xero.
Handling HMRC notices and other administrative tasks.
