We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring effective communication and documentation across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
? Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written channels, including professional email correspondence.
? Organize, manage, and maintain physical and digital documentation for easy access and compliance.
? Prepare business proposals, quotations, and purchase orders in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
? Maintain records of bills, invoices, and other financial documents accurately.
? Utilize the company's CRM system for updating customer records, tracking interactions, and managing workflow.
? Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data.
Educational Qualification:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
