We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring effective communication and documentation across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written channels, including professional email correspondence.
Organize, manage, and maintain physical and digital documentation for easy access and compliance.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and purchase orders in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
Maintain records of bills, invoices, and other financial documents accurately.
Utilize the company's CRM system for updating customer records, tracking interactions, and managing workflow.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
