Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Executive
to join our dynamic solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team through backend coordination, telephonic client engagement, and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in customer acquisition and day-to-day sales operations.
Make outbound calls to potential leads to explain solar products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads.
Schedule meetings/appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve queries.
Administrative skills:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
Handle documentation for solar projects - including permits, licenses, compliance records, and vendor agreements.
Assist project and operations teams with preparation of proposals, project reports, and internal presentations.
Maintain and update customer and vendor databases (CRM or ERP systems).
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior staff.
Liaise with government authorities, utility companies, and other stakeholders for permits and approvals.
Support HR with recruitment logistics, onboarding, and attendance records.
Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and support the accounts team with basic finance admin tasks.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards specific to solar installations.
Monitor inventory and procurement needs for project or office supplies.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
