Topspin Club is a premium sports and lifestyle facility offering table tennis, a gym, a cafeteria, and recreational amenities in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a dynamic and presentable professional to manage front-office administration and customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and front-desk operations of the club
Maintain records, registers, memberships, and internal documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (sports, gym, cafeteria, housekeeping)
Handle scheduling, vendor coordination, and basic reporting
Ensure smooth operations and adherence to club SOPs
Customer Support Responsibilities
Greet members and visitors professionally and courteously
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints effectively
Coordinate issue resolution with relevant internal teams
Maintain a high standard of customer experience and service quality
Support member onboarding, renewals, and general assistance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, records handling)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in administration, front desk, hospitality, or customer support is an advantage

Calm, polite, and confident in handling members
Willingness to work flexible hours if required
