Job Description

An Administrative Coordinator supports immigration operations by managing client communication, documentation, application tracking, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Co-ordinator



Coordinate with clients regarding documents, timelines, and application status Maintain and organize immigration files (physical & digital) Assist in preparing and submitting visa/PR applications Perform basic checks for completeness and accuracy Upload documents and track cases on immigration portals Schedule appointments, interviews, biometrics, and medicals Liaise with embassies, VFS, universities, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with immigration rules and office SOPs Update CRM systems and prepare status reports

Skills Required



Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools Basic knowledge of immigration processes

Visa Counsellor



Attend Calls and Counselling for Study Visa, Toursit Visa, and PR Related queries. Convince Client to Visit Counsel clients on suitable countries, programs, and visa pathways based on their background, aspiration, and eligibilty. Deliver clear and transparent information regarding timelines ,costs, and expected outcomes

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
