Core Responsibilities
Office Management*: Overseeing daily procedures, ordering supplies, managing vendors, maintaining facilities, and ensuring a functional work environment.
Scheduling & Logistics*: Coordinating meetings, booking rooms, arranging travel, and managing calendars for individuals or teams.
Communication & Liaison*: Serving as the primary point of contact, handling emails/calls, and facilitating communication between departments, staff, and clients.
Document & Data Management*: Preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and maintaining physical/digital filing systems and databases.
Project & Staff Support*: Assisting with administrative projects, onboarding new employees, and providing training/coaching to administrative staff.
Financial Support*: Assisting with budget tracking, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping.
