Preferred Candidate Profile:
Must be permanently based and settled in Indore
At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary to a Managing Director or senior executive
Steady employment history -- candidates who have demonstrated job stability over the years
Strong administrative and coordination experience
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Good command over English (spoken and written)
Must possess honesty, reliability, and professional discretion
Should be open to handling personal tasks for the MD when required
Excellent follow-up skills -- this is the most critical aspect of the role
