Company Description Sevalaya is a charitable organization headquartered in Chennai and providing free education, healthcare, and community services to orphaned and destitute children, rural youth, senior citizens, and animals across six Indian states and Puducherry. Our services include a free school, hospital, medical centres, mobile medical services, community colleges, old age homes, organic farming, gaushala and more. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruttani for an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining records, handling financial transactions, and overseeing other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in administrative assistance and medical campaign Working knowledge of finance Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to work in a team and learn new skills Willing to travel Experience in non-profit organizations or charitable work will be considered a plus.
