Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a customer-centric approach, and a knack for achieving financial and operational goals. With a focus on team management, sales growth, and operational excellence, the Branch Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the branch's success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations: Oversee all daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth, efficient service and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and promote products and services that meet customer needs.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving queries and complaints efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to ensure operational and financial objectives are being met.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all branch activities are compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements, and provide regular reports to higher management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or business development, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
