Handle office administration and daily operational tasks
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and staff data
Manage office files, documents, and records (hard & soft copies)
Coordinate with vendors, hospitals, couriers, and internal teams
Handle office emails, calls, and official correspondence
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Support billing, challan, and invoice documentation
Assist management with scheduling, follow-ups, and updates
Requirements:
Graduate / 12th pass.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
