Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and accounting teams with data entry, record keeping, and follow-ups.
Maintain office supplies, handle incoming calls, and assist visitors.
Manage email communications and ensure timely responses.
Assist with organizing events, staff activities, and internal communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professional.
