Job Description

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records with a high degree of confidentiality. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal departments or external clients. Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and handle incoming/outgoing mail. Draft and send professional emails and communications on behalf of the executive. Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue booking, catering, and material preparation. Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
