We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support our daily operations, coordinate events, and work closely with the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle internal recruitment activities including shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination.
Assist with payroll management and maintain employee records.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organize and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Explain services, packages, and offerings to clients and support them through the booking process.
Maintain communication between departments and provide support to the Director.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of recruitment and basic payroll processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing experience preferred).
Ability to work independently and closely with senior management.
Event coordination experience is a plus.
