Network & Links: Administrative Assistant will be reporting and working closely with Manager - Administration.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant includes Plant Housekeeping, Office Stationeries, Employees Uniform and other general administrative activities. candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and, PowerPoint etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure housekeeping operations through coordination with the vendor-supervisor in allocation of responsibility/work areas, availability of the requisite housekeeping-staff and adherence to upkeep schedules as well as the staffs adherence to personal hygiene and behavioral standards.

Oversee and coordinate facilities services and maintenance activities

Daily Walk around of the Facility.

Ensure utilization of housekeeping material, toiletries and other consumables.

Horticulture/Pest Control Service

Preparing the list of inventories to be purchased and ensure stocks are filled accurately and within the defined lead timeline.

Mail room: Dispatch/Receipt. of mail/Courier. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences.

Office Stationery: To ensure timely order as per requirements and maintain stock register.

Fire Control Equipment: To ensure timely refilling & service ability of Fire Extinguishers.

Ability to look ahead and understand the prioritization of key objectives and help manage the deliverables or priorities

Maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports of the Admin related activities.

Coordinate repairs to office equipment

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION: Graduate in any stream or equivalent

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

Ability to work effectively with different people and teams of people by putting others at ease.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

Candidate Should have minimum 2-4 years Admin work experience and Making sure that the facility is clean.

Language Skills: Candidate Must Have Good Command On Written & Spoken English

IT Skills: Candidate should be Very Good in MS Office.
