The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the office, ensuring smooth operations by handling documentation, coordination, and basic office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
Maintain records, files, and documentation (soft & hard copies)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes
Support HR/Accounts/Management with basic administrative tasks
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Prepare and format letters, reports, and spreadsheets
Assist in travel bookings and other coordination work
Any other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in administrative/office work (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, punctual, and able to multitask
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
