Roles and Responsibility:
You have to ensure the security guard presence before 08:15am on a daily basis, if they are absent, it should be addressed and replacement should be arranged.
Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office.
Stationery management. Planning requirements and maintaining inventories. Ensuring stationary availability on time.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in areas of office, rest rooms and labour accommodation.
Purchase, maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, chairs, tables, computers, telephones, air conditioners, doors, windows etc.
Insurance renewals for employees, buildings, vehicles etc.,
Managing security attendance and verifying the bills.
Telephone bills payment - landline, mobile, recharge for O&M sites. Identify and manage cost effective and efficient communication plans from time to time.
To monitor the incoming & outgoing letters, couriers and maintain related registers.
Provision of facilities like seat allocation, computer, email, visiting cards, ID cards and other needed items for new joiners.
Provide travel, ticketing arrangements for employees.
Ensure the maintenance of office decorum, disciplining the employee by providing necessary admin support and motivation.
Assist HRD in the on-boarding process of new hires.
Address employees queries / grievances regarding office administrative issues (Eg: - Stationeries, Hardware and Travel etc,).
Maintain Proper record of all the Items issued to employees and to retrieve the same from them during exit.

Skills and Experience:
Strong interpersonal, people management skills.
Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to senior management.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and ERP.
Organizational ability.
High integrity and professionalism.
Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
