We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations including correspondence, meetings, vendor coordination, client coordination, and facility management.
Support HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management.
Prepare and manage official documents, handle petty cash vouchers, and follow up on invoices and bills.
Perform general documentation, record maintenance, and coordination work as required.
