You'll handle basic office coordination, vendor communication, and administrative support for the design and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Support & Coordination
Manage day-to-day office activities like filing, emails, and maintaining supplies.
Handle calls, couriers, and visitor coordination.
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Vendor & Material Handling
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery teams for materials and orders.
Maintain and update records of purchases, inventory, and samples.
Follow up with vendors for quotations and delivery timelines.
Documentation & Finance Support
Prepare basic documents such as purchase orders, quotations, and bills.
Maintain expense and petty cash records.
Assist with payment tracking and submission of invoices to accounts.
Team Assistance
Support the design and site teams with scheduling, travel arrangements, and material dispatch.
Assist during client visits, meetings, and studio events.
Help ensure smooth day-to-day coordination within the team.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma (any discipline).
1-2 years of experience in admin, office, or coordination roles (experience in interiors or furnishing is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / Email).
Good communication and organization skills.
Punctual, reliable, and proactive in taking initiative.
