Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors at the front desk or reception area
Manage appointments, patient registration, and scheduling of diagnostic tests
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with the laboratory, radiology, billing, and accounts teams for seamless service delivery
Manage inventory of office supplies and raise requisitions when needed
Support HR-related tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and documentation
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of reception and waiting areas
Assist in preparing internal reports and maintaining compliance documentation
Ensure all administrative processes follow confidentiality, safety, and hygiene standards
Liaise with maintenance vendors and service providers when necessary
