Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage lead lists, research notes, and other data in Excel or CRM tools
Research online to collect useful information and turn it into simple reports
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and make sure things run on time
Organize email inboxes, follow up on important messages, and notify clients of key emails
Support LinkedIn and social media activity to increase visibility and engagement
Help with travel bookings, customer queries, and other client tasks as needed
Stay organized and handle multiple tasks with a problem-solving mindset
Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken), and be open to learning new tools
