We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, drafting correspondence, performing data entry, maintaining attendance records, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage employee payroll accurately and timely.
Draft, proofread, and distribute official letters and communications.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Maintain and monitor employee attendance records.
Assist executives with scheduling, meeting preparations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Sheets, Google Docs & Visualization tools (Tableau/ Power BI etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
