We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage daily operational tasks and support office efficiency. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Courier Management:
Handle daily incoming and outgoing couriers.
Maintain proper records of all dispatches and deliveries.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
Stationery Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory of office stationery.
Issue stationery to departments as needed and maintain stock records.
Raise requisitions for replenishments in a timely manner.
Petty Cash Handling:
Manage day-to-day petty cash expenses.
Maintain accurate records and supporting bills for all cash transactions.
Submit timely expense reports for reimbursement/settlement.
Printer & Office Equipment Support:
Monitor printer supplies like toner, paper, etc., and ensure they are available.
Coordinate maintenance and service calls for printers and related equipment.
Assist staff with basic troubleshooting of printers and scanners.
Attendance Management:
Maintain daily employee attendance records.
Monitor leave applications and absenteeism.
Generate and submit monthly attendance reports to HR.
Skills Required:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Tally Prime, email handling)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
Time management and organizational skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
