You will be responsible for performing the following duties and responsibilities with professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to Establishment's policies and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring prompt responses to patient inquiries and other relevant communications.
Scheduling appointments and performing front desk duties, such as acquiring insurance authorizations and eligibility checks.
Assisting office personnel as needed, ensuring smooth coordination between different departments.
Maintaining accurate documentation of all work-related activities, communications, and transactions.
Ensuring strict compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality regulations, particularly HIPAA compliance.
Using Microsoft Outlook Teams as the designated platform for securely storing and managing all patient-related information, with an explicit prohibition on storing such data on personal devices.
You are expected to carry out your duties with diligence, confidentiality, and in accordance with all applicable healthcare regulations and Establishment's policies. The Establishment reserves the right to modify or expand your job responsibilities based on business needs and operational requirements.
