Cost Analysis: Conduct project-wise cost analysis, including expenses related to hotels, travel, and other administrative costs for all departments in each location.
Cost Management: Efficiently manage costs associated with projects in each location and ensure proper processing of expenses.
Project Costing: Possess knowledge of project costing specific to each location to effectively manage financial resources.
Admin Knowledge: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation, as well as handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Payment Processing: Oversee payment-related processes, including invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Requirements & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with project costing and accounting principles is preferred.
