Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with
Acre system support
, including updating records, managing user data, and handling queries.
Perform
data migration
activities accurately and efficiently.
Manage and update the company's
social media accounts
, ensuring brand consistency.
Handle
publishing, organising, and archiving media files
(images, videos, and documents).
Coordinate with the marketing and compliance teams for content approvals before publishing.
Maintain internal documentation and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Familiarity with CRM or data management tools (experience with
Acre
preferred).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
