Administrative Assistant - Head Office



Location:Thrissur



We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.



Responsibilities:



o

Handle calls, emails, and correspondence

o

Maintain office records & documentation

o

Schedule meetings and travel arrangements

o

Assist with reports, presentations & memos

o

Coordinate with vendors & internal teams

o

Monitor office supplies and facilities

Requirements:



o

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

o

1-2 years' admin/office assistant experience

o

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

o

Strong organizational & communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
